How to adress the Spoor (not its Observations)? 

This picture refers to an option for Spoor naming in the data model, when two Observations have observed the same Spoor. 

Since there are no universal identifiers for Footprints, WissKI URI could be a solution. But it's lacking any semantic. For visualisation reasons semantic Spoor IDs are reasonable.
